Most of the mainstream health information has not been working for us, is often skewed, conflicting, or misinterpreted, or is based on an agenda other than optimal wellness for life. My purpose is to show every person that making improvements in fitness and nutrition does not have to be complicated, that you have control over your state of wellness, and that it’s never too late to dramatically enhance your overall health and well-being.
